SCADA Design

220kW Main Pumping Station | 
​

2 x 110kW 1000V pumps installed to pump waste water from 1870NZ to 1920NZ Pumping station. The SCADA Design includes the field sensors like current, level of tank flow and alarms like running, stopped, power on or off.

Remote Terminal Unit (Twido PLC) installed to both local and remote control of the gates. The remote control is done 300 meters away from the gate using SCADA and camera screens. A quantum PLC is the master PLC where it writes to the gates to control it.

250kW motor Fans

This 250kW fans have soft starters installed and can be configured to start/stop and reset remotely through Ethernet network.
